A LITTLE ABOUT ME
Laura Weaver is a Team Loan Officer at Movement Mortgage, where she brings over a decade of hands-on experience helping families achieve their homeownership dreams. Before becoming a loan officer, Laura spent ten years as a Loan Officer Assistant, Processor, and Production Manager for the Chase Hanks Team at Movement Mortgage. Her deep understanding of the lending process allows her to guide clients confidently through one of life’s biggest financial decisions.
With a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Information Systems from Appalachian State University and a Master’s in Education from North Carolina A&T State University, Laura combines financial expertise with a genuine passion for helping others. She’s known for her client-centered approach and dedication to making the mortgage process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Born and raised in Black Mountain, NC, Laura takes pride in serving the community she calls home. When she’s not helping clients find the perfect loan, she’s hanging out with her husband and five kids or cheering on her daughters at travel volleyball games.
